Emailed owner before this report- No reply!

We arrived at 12 and after about 10 minutes we managed to order drinks. Then we were advised by the waitress that someone will come around to take our orders.40 minutes later- we were still waiting!The person who was coming around, only started taking orders around 12:30pm.We could see him from our table and he spent about 15 minutes chatting to those people about their orders.So, I went through to ask what was happening as there were 3 tables before us and if he spent 15 minutesAt ONE table, how long was it going to take him to get to us, take our orders, and then actually place the orders for the food!!! Restaurants normally give you a maximum time of 15 minutes to order- that's whilst taking your drinks etc.At around 1pm ONLY, did some bread FINALLY come to our table.We were all starving by then and I had my child with us and my elderly parents And everyone was angry and hungry!!!What a waste of time and money!We only ending up getting our food 1 hour and 40 minutes AFTER arrival!I would never visit Roma again, or ever recommend it to anyone<br> And I will certainly log this on ALL relevant blogs, so people out there know what to expect!R900 later and the even anything fantastic!
