Worst ever service

Worst service I have ever received. I feel like I oversold this company by giving 1 star, unfortunately that was the lowest option available. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Had to pay upfront for service on a faulty door. I followed up on completion of service where after I receive a response that service was done. A few days later I received a quotation for a further R23 850 to fix door, so naturally I questioned this. I called our tenant who then confirmed that nothing has been done. They were there looked at the door and said they will be in contact with landlord, so he was waiting for them to come back. I have no idea what the initial R3 180 was for, but this is the worst "service, communication and company I have ever had to deal with.
