Stay away from Roll-Up Serranda gates

If you're thinking about installing a Roll-Up Serranda gate - DON'T!!!!! Their service is absolutely shocking - they will use every excuse they can in the book to not be held responsible for any maintenance costs on the gate once they have installed it. They even charge you a R750 call-out fee before they will even come to your house.

No electrician will touch a Serranda gate and for good reason - they bypass all the fuses on the CP91 panel which results in the board blowing the whole time - which then becomes your problem and for your account.

I've even had one of their so-called technicians replace the CP91 panel on the Monday, only to have it blow on the Friday, arriving at the house, spending 1 minute to look at the problem and then leaving with no answer - and did I mention he quickly measured the gate and when I asked him why - his response was "to prove I was here".

I could go on and on about their shoddy service but there's a limit to the size of review I can do. If I could give them minus stars I would. They very cleverly also have no social media accounts so you can't warn any other prospective buyers online.

Save yourself a LOT of trouble and costs and stay away from Roll-Up Serranda
