*********** service - was charged unnecessarily

I had reported in detail to the technician the problem with my gate motor. He was very quick to collect it and say it would be fixed. They charged me a fortune to fix it. Upon reinstallation of the motor, the problem still persisted, with absolutely no difference. They then advised that I needed an electrician to solve the problem as it was out of their hands. I had asked for them to return my old parts which they had changed, of which they had agreed, but to this day they have not returned them nor are responding to my follow-up messages. My electrician advised that there most likely wasn’t any problem with the gate motor at all; it was a simple wiring issue.
