The only withdrawal option they gave is direct to VISA/Mastercard. Unknowingly before I visited all the major South African bank branches, Standard, Capitec, FNB, ABSA and Nedbank is that no direct international payments can be made to a card itself. It has to be via wire transfer or bank deposit. After struggling a week with them refusing just saying there is no wire transfer option I was furious. Via live chat I requested a bank transfer and the person who spoke to me they will initiate this. Two days later and no update or reply I emailed them, and they told me it is now with their "head of financial department" because of suspicious activities on my end. What suspicious activities??? They have all of my legitimate details. I have yelled, I have begged, I have talked nice, I have threatened. People stay away. If they DO pay out my winnings which I highly doubt because they are **** artists I will remove this review and then only you will know they are legitimate BS for investigating me for suspicious activity THEY should be investigated!
