Refund from. Roll to secure

I bought a roll to secure motor for my garage at Roll to secure in East London and was overcharged R1650. I have been trying to get my refund back for a month now and no luck. I have been dealing with Mariska but I always get told the woman is out of town who does payments. Kindly assist.
