ROLL IN CAR WASH IN GEORGE

Took my car in for the full valet service. The car was taken at 8am and pick up at 4pm. Upon arrival I had been told by a previous customer to check the car as they often do not deliver! Thank you to that person as when I looked I was shocked! I won’t go into details but it basically had not had a valet at all! Many problems!! To make matters worse NO ONE had masks on - so they had been busy all day inside cars with no protective wear to keep them safe nor keeping the customers safe.

We have been their twice before and had amazing service but they really dropped the ball this time.

All in all, extremely disappointed with the service - overall poor management as there is no quality control and what was expected was clearly not delivered. Sadly, we will not be returning nor recommending.
