Worst customer experience ever

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and made it very clear that customer service was not a priority. Any questions or concerns were met with eye-rolls or outright dismissiveness.

The owner’s attitude was even worse—completely indifferent and unwilling to engage or address any of the issues we raised. It’s clear that client satisfaction is the last thing on their mind.

The facility itself is in dire need of attention. The rink was dirty, the bathrooms were unhygienic, and the seating areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Skates were worn out and poorly maintained, posing a safety hazard.

To make things worse, the parking situation was an absolute disaster. There was no one managing or supervising the parking area, which led to people blocking others in. We were completely parked in and when we approached the staff for help, we were told, “It’s not our problem.” The level of disregard for guests was unbelievable.

Overall, this was a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone until serious changes are made in both management and maintenance.
