Urine everywhere, rude staff

Even though the floor was smooth and spacious, I was unfortunately quite disappointed by a few things.. Firstly when we got there, the carpet on the sides were soaking wet with urine (assuming cat and dog urine as there were pets walking around) and as this area is used to put on the skates, we were naturally in our socks.. That then soaked up the urine from the carpet making everything smell like urine. I felt quite disgusted and think this is very unhygienic especially for kids. Secondly, the price is very affordable but would've expected a more tidy, better run business, the place was messy and dirty, and 0 supervision on the floor, no safety gear , no locker system to store your items and when I asked about this the staff was quite rude. and the music was NOT suitable for children. I advise you make the trip and go to menlyn rollercade, they have professional supervisors willing to help and ready with first aid at all times, the vibe is great, they have disco lights and nice 80s to modern music, safety gear and a very clean venue.
