Terrible experience

1 star is even too much for RollEgoli.

I had my daughters party on Saturday. Paid for premium package. On arriving there was no one to explain to us how things operate or where to go for the party. Package included invites, which we never received, I had to create my own. It included a personalized foil balloon which was literally a foil balloon and her name was scribbled on it. Package included candy floss and popcorn for the table but by the time the party was up they came to take it away, never gave us a chance to even eat it or divide it between the children. Roller skates & blades in poor condition, falling apart. We were given two Right blades to skate with. One of my guest kept tripping on the velcro that was falling off and she injured her ankle. Hygiene rated 0,the blades and skates were not sprayed with anti bacterial spray before or after use, not everyone coming in had to sanitize, selectively checking temperature etc.

Claudia's daughter was running around telling the other children, that they not allowed to do anything and that it's her place, she was pulling faces at the guest, even the adults. When we approached Claudia about her daughter, the candy floss etc she tells us that it us our problem and we should read the invoice which explains everything. She said she would go print the invoice to show me but disappeared and never came back to us. On the invoice that I had, nothing was stated about the rules and procedures of the day.

Claudia is extremely rude, lacks people skills. No refund was given for the candy floss and popcorn, no refund for the invites etc.
