Shockingly bad expy

We had a shockingly bad experience there this weekend when we celebrated our child’s birthday there. The venue is extremely understaffed and was run by literally 3 people which means despite having paid double the price per head compared to normal entry, you still have to wait in line for a very long time to order water or changes skates (this when you have to look after a dozen kids and you only have 3 hours for the party). You don’t get any welcome or instructions, so we had to find the party tables by ourselves and only found out that you can change your skates only once when the kids were told afterwards. So two shy kids ended up walking around in shoes on the rink before we found out and were really upset. 1/4 of the roller on inline skates broke while the kids were on the rink which is an extreme security risk and as we left someone seems to have seriously injured themselves. The coach on the rink has head phones on and when we asked him to assist with broken skates he simply didn’t care.
