rude staff + rude owner = dying business

the staff are extremely rude. we paid for our items(skates and pole), claimed them and they were given to us when we showed our receipt . the same person who gave it to us came and violently confiscated the items saying we did not pay, this could have resulted in my nephew falling and being seriously injured. the staff members name was Khumbo. this obviously caused anger and showed him the receipt his response was "oops i forgot " and he walked away, not even apologetic. noone wants to stay at a place like that. immediately called the owner who made various excuses her name is Claudia , she is very rude. instead of assisting to remedy the situation she just proceeded to say how she married a millionaire and was not intrested in assisting further because they dont do refunds. very terrible business s****s this old lady has. the place is also looking very run down. the whole business needs am upgrade.
