Roll Egoli Shocking service

We had a birthday party this past weekend and the experience was horrific and embarrassing for myself and my guests. When we arrived at our designated time, there was nobody at the front to seat us. Claudia the owner of the venue is rude and unprofessional, especially the fact that she is running a family orientated busines . We booked the deck party area and were told to sit in the foyer until the first party left, which was 15 minutes already into our time slot. The deck was filthy and only cleaned up after we asked Claudia to send a waiter for assistance. We went back downstairs to buy beverages, she started shouted at one of my guests because she was too busy to assist us after waiting for an additional 20 minutes. She then proceeded to make a scene and used foul language towards my sister. I would not advise anyone to go to this venue. Claudia was extremely unprofessional and rude. They are well under staffed and treat their customers with the utmost disrespect. Half of the items on the packages were not included with our party package and I had to pay extra cash to hire the roller skate assistance walker. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE FOR ANY OCCASION. You will be treated like a number and nothing else...
