No Medical Facility at Roll Egoli- Appalling Service!!!!!

The service at Roll Egoli was appalling on Sunday the 20th May 2018 We had two kids that were hurt while at your facility. None of the staff members came to check if any of the kids were ok or needed any medical attention. Instead were told that were they were placed after being hurt, and being checked out by their parents, was a private area. This is at a point where my son who is 6, was hit by a swinging ball on the eye and it cracked open his skin and had to be rushed to Sandton mediclinic to get stiches. The other boy was later taken to hospital due to a head concussion. That Swing ball set, is in the path of everyone walking into the facility, more people are bound to get hurt. Not once did the manager ask if we need assistance or offered any first aid kit. Which makes me wonder if they have a first aid facility or anyone trained in that area. Another parent had to rush to her car to get her first aid kid, so we could stop the blood from oozing out. You obviously should not be running a business to entertain kids if you don’t have medical staff always at hand.
