Manager Claudia unprofessional and rude

Horrible experience at Roll Egoli. The manager Claidia Feige is rude and unprofessional. We tried the smallest size skates they had, but the kids were uncomfortable and unable to skate with them because they were too big. When I went back to ask for a refund, the manager was not in at the time. I called Claudia on her cell, but she did not take my call. We watched the others skate while we waited for her. When Claudia arrived, I requested a refund. She pointed at a sign behind her that said no refunds. She told me that it is their policy. I offered, as an alternative, to take a voucher for the cousins to come back in the future. She refused, saying we had been there for over an hour, and asked me to prove that we had double paid for a kid because 'she doesn't believe me'. I told her I had called her immediately, but she was unavailable, so we had waited for her. She said, now shouting at me, that she had gone for a run and she has 'a life' and doesn't have to be there 24/7. In front of my 4 year old son, she says to me 'What kind of mother are you? And what example are you setting for your kids asking for a refund when it is not our policy.' When the lady behind the till confirmed the others had paid for an additional person, she pulled the fee for one person out of the till and slammed it down in front of me. She did not refund me for the other two, the skates or the assistant rings. I am horrified at her behaviour and will not be back.
