Don’t waste your time or money. Horrible experience.

I would honestly rate this place a 0 star if I could. Staff is unbelievably unfriendly and have no people skills. We arrived with a cake for my 17 year old cousins birthday and when we entered, we were not even greeted before being shouted at that we cannot take the cake in if we had not booked prior (keep in mind, the website says no bookings necessary and does not explain this). We tried to reason with her but she tried to take the cake from us to which we said no thank you and took it back to our car. The skates are in terrible condition and kept falling apart. There seem to be no rink rules either which is dangerous. Their website also states “stroller & wheelchair friendly” which it most definitely is not as there are stairs everywhere and tightly confined spaces. Their food is crazy expensive (R130 for a margarita pizza that was below average). There is no one to explain any sort of process to you like where to buy tickets etc… I do not believe this is a well run business at all & it is actually absolutely shocking. Save your time, money & peace and just do not go. The disappointing thing is that I was hoping to call them tomorrow to chat to the manager as I thought perhaps they would be none the wiser to how it is run by their staff on a day-to-day but after the reviews I’ve read, it seems as though the owner is just as bad.
