Disappointing service

Sadly, from the admin to the event, it was not professionally executed at all. The admin did not correct the time slots, she did not know who I was, and for which party. On the day the place was packed!!! We were only settled on our deck 30mis after the beginning of the slot we had booked. The staff there were very overwhelmed and confused. Very disappointed.
