Bad service

I have been doing business with this company for almost 4 years. They have no customer service at all. They refuse certain services which is not stipulated and they have no intention of ever giving attention to emails with complaints. They just ignore my complaints as if I did not exist, however when it comes to taking my money, they don't have a problem at all. I am disgusted with their poor service and reluctance to assist their clients. Shame on you Rolfes Chemicals in Germiston.
