Rolex South Africa lacks professional communication skills and uses jewelry stores as a go between.

I requested that my watch be internally serviced, bezel internal calibrated ring only...not bezel be replaced. Safety clip on watch bracelet/strap be replaced and if possible all pins in bracelet be replaced. It 4 weeks to receive a quote for R 37 000.00. The qt was a virtual replacement of all parts of the watch excluding internal workings. I declined the qt as it was not per my request. I did not need a new bracelet for R 19 000.00. I didn't need a new glass face. I didn't need a new bezel at R 2000.00 plus JUST the bezel insert for R 900.00 They made no remarks about the safety latch only to be replaced. There where several emails and WhatsApp between my self and Shemeer jewelry shop...a registered Rolex seller. Rolex workshop apparently told the jewelry store that I may chose one of two options. Full restoration at R 37 000.00 or just the service for R 11500.00 The matter remains unresolved at this time. The latest email from the Jeweler is to pick up my watch as they the Jewelry store decided to have it returned to me un serviced.
