I found a tenant for my apartment in Klerksdorp and decided to seek the services of Rolet Estate agent sent Lettie Robert a WhatsApp on the 20th of Feb letting her know that i had got a tenant but did not want to deal with clients. She asked for the tenants number and communicated with the tenant. On the 21st of Feb she demanded the tenant pay deposit before she even did a credit check. When the tenant told me of this i realized that she was unprofessional and i told her that i did not require her services anymore, she started ignoring my calls and messages when i asked her a bout refunding the tenant. She is a *****, she even refused to refund the tenant.
