Rolet's Estate

Do not ever trust Rolet's Estate. We decided to buy a house last year July and she demanded our deposit money to be paid into her trust account, we then asked her for the contract and she sent us an empty contract after my husband asked her for a fully completed contract. We got the a loan for the house and the attorneys were appointed and when we and the attorneys asked for the money to be paid into the attorney's trust account, she then said that it is her commission, but in the contract she drew 2 lines over commission and wrote n/a, so finally the attorneys got hold of her and some of the money was paid to the attorneys from Lettie, now there is still R10 000.00 outstanding and does not answer her phone, whats app or emails. After a month or 2 later after signing a contract and paying deposit, we found out that she is not even registered as a estate agent. This is really unprofessional and nobody should ever trust her. I was advised by the attorneys that we should make a ******** case against her.
