Schoking service in a restaurant.

We visited Rolandale Farm Stall near Buffeljagsrivier in the Western Cape on 16 April 2024. We placed our order and shortly thereafter a tour bus with approximately 40 tourists arrived. The waitress assured us that we will be served before the tourists placed their orders. Needless to say that we waited for 40 minutes and when we enquired about our order, we were informed that our meal was served to the tourists. This is completely unacceptable and schoking. Poorest service which we have ever received in an eatery. Rolandale Farm Stall will never see us again. Pathetic.
