worst service ever!!!!

Firstly:

They washed the vehicle and as I showed the woman the car was still dirty

Secondly

My vehicle mush bumped and the right back light needs to be replaced.How do you bump a vehicle with warning sound and a reverse camera?

Thirdly

I made sure that my vehicle was with you at 08:00.I got it back at 16:30. I can not believe it takes 8.5 hours to service a vehicle
