WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

This has been the worst experience of my entire life when it comes to poor customer service.

Not only have i been given the worst attitude you could imagine from Sharon the suppose to be sales manager from Rola Jeep in somerset west - but I've been fed lie after lie.

My vehicle has currently been in for 1 month and 10 days - no courtesy vehicle - nothing, instead a single mom who has been begging friends for lifts and taking the bus with a 5 year old because Rola and jeep in somerset west have the worst attitude i could ever imagine.

Shame on you! my next step is legal advise!!!!
