Very bad service

On 28 October 2023 I took my car in to Rola Haval Stellenbosch for my timing belt that broke today is the 22 November 2023 and still struggling to get my car back everytime I ask about the car there is no technician by them if there is on he is sick and they don't know what he busy with last then one comes up and have to check everything again now there's no technician again why do you have workshop but no technician at all, and why only have one? I hope I don't have to pay for each and every day my car is standing there it's not my fault you guys don't have any technician at a workshop. Not just that I'm losing alot of monies now by renting a car to get to work and back. When will my car be done I need to leave soon and I can't walk were I need to go. Can I have a feed back of when my car will be done please
