Verbally abused and humiliated after vehicle enquiry at Toyota Bredasdorp

So Rola Toyota Bredasdorp advertised a 2022 Toyota Corrola quest for R30500 on their official group,as i was browsing i saw the advert and enquired,noone rep****,i called several times the receiptionst kept on saying her line is bad due to loadshedding after several attempts i was then transferred to the sales manager who took the opportunity to laugh n swear at the,i have never been so belittled in my life like i was,there was a ****** remark of me enquiring a vehicle at 10pm as black pple does not sleep at night,my question did i advertise the car for thag price?what does the law say about this,am i not entittled to buy the vehicle on advertised price. This man might even have done worse if i went into the branch,i always service my Toyota at Toyota Tygervalley and its the best,this Toyota in Stellenbosch is a nightmare,swearing at clients,my next step might be so painful as i was treated inhumanly
