Vehicle damaged during service

We are loyal Toyota customers and have always been more than satisfied with the service received by Toyota all over South Africa, but recently had a service booked at Rola Toyota Somerset West and checked the vehicle before booking it in with a staff member and nothing was noted. After returning the next day with a few scratch marks at the bottom and next to the grill. The Workshop Manager had no interest in hearing me out and just denied that there was any possibility that this was caused by their team. I wouldn't recommend Rola Toyota Somerset to be used when looking into servicing your vehicle, due to unprofessionalism and unwillingness to assist the customer with a concern and resolving it.
