ROLA Motor Group Somerset West Worst experience ever, took vehicle for service/repair received quote, paid upfront for everything including labour, unfortunately a very small part that was ordered, supposed delivery 6 weeks, Italy When queried where parts was after 2 months we had to listen to one excuse after another. Then have to hear about customs (the latest method used for excuses) when we ourselves are operating our own business for over 30 years and also dealt with customs, this was not very much liked and was informed that the parts involved will be refunded! Thank you for that! Unfortunately the refund was short paid, when queried, no response received, oops! I thought I must have made a mistake, on verification found instead of expecting a short paid of R166.94 it should in fact have been R713.19! After a couple of requests to refund the final balance, still no response! Do one now really have to go to lawyers to get this sorted out? But of course they’re super rich they can afford to loose their client, not forgetting we have 2 vehicles that was taken to them JEEP & ALFA KIND, PROFESSIONAL? NO! - service advisor nil
