Rola Ford Herm****

I bought a new Ford Ranger dc at Rola Ford Herm**** on the 4th of January2023 and was given the option of 17inc tyres and rims. They took of other bakkie and refitted on my bakkie. Now after 24000km the front tyres are totaly worn on inside. I contacted them and spoke to Brent and James. I have ask for the proof of the cca certificate to see if they have done the allinment but they cannot supply that and said we had to do the checks every 10 000km but they never told us to do that when we bought the new bakkie. They even asked me if its Ford rims that was fitted but it was option they given us and was done by them. James told me if it was 100 to 300 kms done on the tyres they would see how they can assist us but now its my problem to get it fixed. I was going to buy a new gen Ford but will never do business with Herm**** Ford again.
