Poor Workmanship

In February this year I purchased a 2015 Chevvy UTE 1.4 Sport. I took the vehicle back three weeks ago when I noticed a strange sound coming from the engine. The dealer was very helpful, he said that it is the alternator that is making the strange noise. They then ordered the new part straight away and promised it will arrive within three to four working days. I was happy to wait. When I went to find out what the holdup was, because I waited more than a week, I was told that it will only arrive the following week. No one called to update me, I had to go there myself...eventually it came after a few more days. It got fixed on Thursday, 20 August last week as promised and they even cleaned my vehicle which I did not expect. Everything went well till yesterday. I was out of town for the weekend and left the bakkie for my girlfriend to use. She used the vehicle to go to the shop. She did not suspect any problems on the way there, but when she came from inside the shop the vehicle was dead. NO power what so ever. I had to phone the local tow truck company for assistance,Luckily one of the tow truck company's guys spotted the problem.The battery heads wasn't attached properly.
