No call back from Rola Mazda even after promising to get back to me
Took my Mazda in for a service. Although everything regarding my car service was wonderful, I left an item behind in the transport vehicle. I phoned Rola Mazda three times to ask about retrieving the item. They did not get back to me once. Really not okay.
