We have had the worst experience ever and this company should not be working with a luxurious brand like Mercedes-Benz as they are dragging it to the ground.

Our Mercedes-Benz vehicle got brought in for service in June 2024, it completely came back worse of a wreck than it went in for. I believe they internationally jeopordize the condition of one's vehicle only for one to keep going back for damages that were not initially there. They even broke the water cylinder, tried to cover it up by being dishonest and saying they don't know what happened and that we should pay them for a new one, they ended up admitting to the fault on their side and replaced a new one with no charge.

The vehicle came back from service, barely even a week later, the vehicle had a oil leakage just after it was serviced. We paid R10 000 for the service, paid an additional R6 000 for the leakage, R1500 per hour for labour, upon reporting the continuous leakage they FAILED to pick up during the service/diagnostic, now we are being charged AGAIN to return the car back to fix an issue caused by them.

Not only have they devalued/deappreciated the value of the vehicle, their customer service is APPALING to said the least.

Upon reading so many dissatisfied customers' reviews which has been since years ago to date, NOTHING has been don't about their improvements. That company certainly does not deserve to be running, they are RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, GREEDY, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, they do not even deserve a ONE start rating but ZERO star rating.

I am disgusted that my mom and I had to go through this and STILL are going through it with these people unfortunately as we have already paid them in FULL. Mervin Abrahams is a dishonest service consultant and customers should be on the look out for him.

I would NEVER advise anyone to go there. Mercedes-Benz SA will definetely be hearing from us!!! We appreciate this Hellopeter platform to expose this *******ion and this will be taken legally.
