Misrepresentation of sale

Rola Motors in particular the Dealer Principal Francois Botha has sold me a mercedes benz vehicle that is a 2022 model as 2023 model. Price is for a 2023 model. MB SA has confirmed that it is a 2022 model. Dealer Principal refuses to acknowledge the CPA and does not want to refund my monies in full. After lawyer letters only agreed to refund the cost without the extras on the vehicle. Clearly ********* and *****ulent behavior from an international dealership.
