Mercedes motor Dealer experience

I bought a late model Mercedes from them in January 2022. They handed me 1 ignition key and promised to mail the spare key to me. After a week I found the vehicle to had 2 different make front tyres and also 2 different size tyres. When I took it to a local motor dealer he told me car was resprayed on the left side, which they never told me. It had a rattle on the left side which I could not trace and the local Mercedes garage is now dealing with that matter. I complained to the Salesman who said he will come back to me. Now, they don't even reply to my e-mails. If this is the service you can expect from a Mercedes Dealer then I would recommend people to stay away from them
