Lukewarm service

I saw a vehicle I was interested in on Rola Ford's website and sent an enquiry. I wanted to trade in my car and buy a new one at the same time. A very friendly lady contacted me and told me the vehicle I want to buy is at their Herm**** branch, so she will get them to contact me. When the sales representative contacted me, I told him exactly what I wanted. His service was lukewarm at best. I had to drag information out of him and they refused to give me a decent value on my trade-in. PS: Just to illustrate that I was not the unreasonable one - after two days of going back and forth with Rola Ford, I contacted Halfway Ford via their website. They immediately offered me the trade-in value I asked, and I bought a vehicle from them at the same time. No fuss, no long story - after a few days it was all done. If you want quick, efficient service, Rola Ford is not your company.
