********** lack of care and after-service.

I purchased a second-hand BMW car from Rola in Somerset West last October. After two weeks there were issues with the car. I informed Rola about this but nothing happened. They "lost" my emails, or "had not received them", even though I have hard copies of all correspondence requesting them to get back to me. 13 months later and many emails later, they finally contacted me. Then after meeting with Rola, I was informed that it was my fault and that they were not liable for any repairs to the car. "You should have..." arguments. Rola Motors accepted no responsibility even though they had been informed of issues two weeks after the car was purchased. The whole thing has to go to the ombudsman now as Rola Motors have not been willing to admit any fault, only passing the blame onto the customer. It was a ********** experience dealing with this company, and the saga is not over yet. Think twice about purchasing a car from this company in Somerset West.
