Ford Herm**** totally unhelpful

I am away for the weekend in Herm**** and experienced mechanical problems on my Ford Ranger so I called Rola Ford in Herm**** as closest service centre. they said they cannot help me till next week! surely these guys have a policy for travelling Ford owners who need assistance?
