Extremely poor service

I took my Mercedes in to Rola Motors in Somerset West on Friday 10th April for a service. They kindly gave me a lift back home after dropping off the car and then called at 11h38 to say that the service was completed, the car was washed and ready for collection. I immediately went to collect my car only to find that the car was not at all ready for collection. During the \service"they had successfully broken something which was preventing the cooling system from functioning correctly and I had a continuous error message on my dashboard. They never had a courtesy car available for me so told me to ignore the message and just drive the car anyway as there was sufficient water in the radiator and book it in again at some stage to have it repaired. When I enquired of any serious damage that could be caused I was give the telephone number of \""roadside assist\"" and told to use that if the car broke down.<br> Great service wasn't it. """
