Excellent service

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Rola Motors Malmesbury, and I’d like to share our excellent experience. I initially dealt with Jackie Schartz at VW Philwest in Somerset West. Jackie previously worked at VW Rola Motors Malmesbury and had previously assisted my daughter when she bought her VW Polo — so I already knew I could trust him.

At the time, I was in the market for a double cab bakkie, and Jackie was actively trying to secure a good deal for me. When a suitable vehicle became available at Rola Motors Malmesbury, Jackie contacted his former colleague, Jan-Hendrik Stander, to help finalize the deal.

I want to congratulate both Jackie and Jan-Hendrik for their outstanding service. Jan-Hendrik truly went the extra mile — and beyond — to secure the Ford Ranger for us. On the Friday we went to collect the vehicle, my wife and I only arrived at Rola Motors Malmesbury around 5 PM. Despite it being after hours, Jan-Hendrik stayed with the finance consultant to ensure everything was in order. His professionalism and dedication were exceptional.

Even after we left Malmesbury late in the evening, Jan-Hendrik remained in contact via WhatsApp to make sure we got home safely. That personal touch meant a lot to us.

Thanks to Rola Motors, I’m extremely satisfied with my new bakkie and especially grateful for the excellent service from Jan-Hendrik and his team. This purchase was made not just easy, but personal and special.
