Bad Service

I have expressed my concerns to the dealer principal at Rola Volvo and to Volvo SA and they both treat me like I am stupid or something. I have the same issues as I saw some of the other people that have written reviews. Volvo car is great until you have to service it our of warrantee or something go wrong and you have to repair it. Then it is not worthwhile to own a Volvo not even talking about the bad service experience at Rola. I had my dad's Volvo there for a service with specific instructions to check everything. This cost me R 7400. Then I took it for roadworthy and it fail roadworthy. Back at Volvo they themselves cannot even find the fault as they say they do not have the correct equipment to check for the fault. They had to take it it Dekra so that they can show them what is wrong. I am sorry but I am not happy to have to pay another R11000 to have something repaired that Rola could not even pick up. And this is for control arm bushes on a car with 100 000 km on the clock. In all my years I have not seen control arm bushes fail at that low mileage. In conclusion - Don't buy a Volvo and don't get it serviced at Rola. This has been sent in and email to Volvo SA but they did not even bother to respond. That show me 100% how much faith I will put into buying a car from either Volvo or Rola and for sure will I never do any business in my life again with Rola Motors. The same car even now have issues that the Rola workshop cannot explain or know what it is. The new owner took it there last week and Rola cannot help them so they now have to wait until something fail. Also I found our that the same car had an engine replacement on 8000 km. This clearly is a dud car and well below what I think the standard should be for Volvo.
