Will sell defective parts and **** people

I purchased an AUQ engine from this company (Invoice No. 12900, dated 14/03/2026), and my experience has been extremely disappointing.

After installation, the engine would only crank and not start. A proper inspection and compression test revealed zero compression on cylinder 1 and cylinder 3. Upon further investigation, there were bent valves, and the engine had a clear burnt smell, indicating serious internal damage long before it was sold to me.

This is not a minor issue or wear-and-tear this is a completely unusable engine that should never have been sold as a functional unit.

Despite the invoice stating “NO GUARANTEE” and “SOLD AS IS,” there is still a basic expectation that what you are buying is at least in a usable condition. Supplying an engine with multiple dead cylinders and internal damage falls far below any reasonable standard.

What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication and accountability. After raising the issue, I received no response and no attempt to resolve the situation.

Because of this, I’ve been left with: • A non-running vehicle • Significant additional costs for installation, parts, and labour • The burden of now sourcing another engine

This has been a costly and frustrating experience, and I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from here to be extremely cautious.

At the very least, I expected honesty about the condition of the engine or some form of support after the sale neither was provided.
