Do not bother even making an appointment with these people!

I called last week to make an appointment for today at 14h30, with Janine Schnugh specifically. I specifically took time out from the office and drove there only to be told that she does not work at Life hospital on Mondays!!! HOW DID I GET THE APPOINTMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE??? You have wasted my entire afternoon!
