Questionable Company Policy

I spoke to a lady yesterday being 12/03/2015 regarding questions I had on the policy of Rogz Insurance. <br> <br> I was told that the Vet fees are not paid according to the Vet fees but according to a tariff set by Rogz Insurance which is based on tariffs set by the Veterinary Council of South Africa which is no longer in existence.<br> <br> Based on that it begged the next question which was asking for details on the tariffs that would be paid by Rogz Insurance. I was told in a very haughty voice by the representative that under no circumstances would I be given that as that was the Intellectual Property of Rogz Insurance.<br> <br> Well you can be sure that any company that is so questionable that it bases it's tariffs on a non existent council and then refuses to give information about this and which is what a consumer will be buying is most definitely NOT going to be getting my business - Gee I wonder why?
