Issue resolved

I am very pleased to report that the issues that I have reported on before has finally been resolved and matters cleared up after a phone call to the company yesterday. The lady, Louise, was very understanding and helpful and looked into matters for us straight away. we received an email the same day to inform us that the company will be sending replacements and also to apologise that the matter was not resolved sooner. Louise assured us that the term \improper use "(as reported on in first report) was not terminology that the company use and that their must have been misinterpretation from the supplier where goods were purchased. I am relieved that the issue has been cleared up. Thank you."""
