Great Customer Service

<p>I bought two cat collars from Takealot. Rogz were the manufacturers. I only buy their collars, leashes etc. as they last long, have safety clips etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ended up realising that both collars (from the same range) were faulty as the collar kept sliding through the ring, causing the collars to become very tight around the cats' necks.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted Rogz. It took a few days to receive a reply and thus already logged the return with Takealot. When Rogz responded we discussed the different options etc. They ended up sending me two new replacement collars of my choice and I received it the morning of the next business day.</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems the faulty ones were from a faulty batch which they said they will be looking into due to it being a safety risk.</p> <p> </p> <p>Good to feel like your complaints are valued and the company tries to make up for the error.</p>
