Shocking service

Our visa applications, which were submitted on our behalf, were incorrectly completed, forcing us to resubmit the applications at the Capago visa centre in Cape Town. Despite our previous complaint, we have yet to receive any response from your office.

Additionally, once our passports were ready for collection, we were informed that Capago had notified your company, yet we received no communication regarding this from your side.

The service we have experienced has been extremely disappointing, and I feel that the fee we paid was entirely unjustified.
