Completely ***********, expensive, bad afterservice

After my geyser burst, this company installed a faulty geyser that they have not been able to fix over many attempts - had to get another plumber in to fix their work. Furthermore, they changed my geyser configuration from series to parallel, and refused to fix it. They were also extremely expensive - so much so that my insurance launched an investigation into my claim.
