I did not receive the Defy fridge that I ordered on the 12-04-24 from the company called Rodneyselectronics.

I placed an order “Defy black fridge,glass finished ,on the 12-04-24,my order number is 12216,they were supposed to deliver atleast after seven days,of which it was supposed to the 19-04-24.

No one is updating me that why it is delaying,I received only two email from them,that was saying that the order is being processed after they received the payment,three days later,I received another one that was stating that the order is waiting to be picked.

They are not specifying that by” who”?,because I requested the order to be delivered,and that was a week back.

I am trying to phone them,their line is not working,I can reach them on their emails the messages are bouncing back,and no one is even trying to contact me and explain what is happening.

I have been waiting and I am tired…they must just transfer my money back,if you can try help me.
