Ceiling Contractor Clueless

I contracted Rodney to fit a trap door in a ceiling for our Complex Crestleigh in Blackheath, Jhb. The trap door was fitted and a photo sent (closed) We were then put under enormous pressure to pay in full immediately, which we did. When the plumber arrived to work on the geyser, 2 days later, he reported that the trap door could not be opened as it was fitted directly underneath the geyser !! WHAT !! you make a hole in the ceiling an see the drip tray & geyser and still continue to fit the trap door directly underneath. What is the point ???!?! After several irate calls to Rodney, he arrived at the property with a team of guys in a bakkie, and when i asked how he plans to fix this brainless mess, I was told ''the only thing to do is remove the whole ceiling & move the geyser !?! again WHAT!?!!!! I asked him to please move the new trap door to another spot in the ceiling where it can be opened. He left and has never returned after making arrangements to be there several times. He now wont take my calls either. Brainless & despicable service !
