Rodizios bedfordeview has upset me this time!
I send an email to Rodizios on the 23 January , i was contacted by Warren to say he will call me but he did not...<br> <br> this was my mail:<br> Good Day Felda,<br> <br> I trust that you are well.<br> <br> Felda firstly thank you for all the help in planning my birthday.<br> <br> I would like to bring the following to your attention.<br> <br> There was less tables and chairs when my guests walked in.<br> <br> We had to pull extra chairs to fill the main table for members to eat.<br> <br> I counted the number of people that ate which was 87 adults and 7 kids which gives a total of 94 in total.<br> <br> One family member ordered a double meal which gives me 95 in total meals for adults and kids .<br> <br> If I add the R185pp and the cover charge it should give me R210.00 pp which worked out to (R210 * 87 adults =R18270.00 + extra meal R185=R18455 for adults and R655 for kids including cover charge for them.)Which should work out to R19120.00 excluding drinks.<br> I offered a round of soft drinks but I DO NOT THINK YOUR WAITERS UNDERSTAND WHAT IS SOFT DRINKS!! <br> On my bill I had milkshakes and all fancy orders.<br> I was given a bill for 96 people and kids separate yet they counted the kids in the 95 total !!!<br> I did not argue with you waiters but I'm very unhappy.

We appreciate your patronage and support. I do believe Warren contacted you before you sent the original email. With regards to this situation I have personally spoken to my managers that were on the floor and in the kitchen.
We do understand you had a set number of guests confirmed for the evening. Your tables were set accordingly for 87 adults and 7 children being a total of 94 chairs. Once guests began to arrive it was noted that more guests arrived than the original agreed upon number. At that point in the evening my managers added another table to accommodate your guests. The extra table accommodates 10 people. 9 extra adult meals were served and billed for and the 7 children's meals. This is a total of 93 adult meals and 7 children's meals.
With regards to the Soft drinks we wish you would have been more specific. We refer to soft drinks as any beverages that are non-alcoholic.
We would have preferred if you brought the matter up on the evening to a manager in order for us to discuss the issue at hand. We hope you understand our response but we are a business and have to charge for the extra meals that come out of the kitchen.
